Eligibility
Any
child
under
twenty-one
(21) years
of
age
is
eligible
for
membership,
provided
he
or
she
is
personally
acceptable
to
the
Association
and
is
a
lineal
descendant
of
a
man
or
woman
who,
with
unfailing
loyalty,
rendered
service
for
Texas
prior
to
the
Annexation
Agreement
of
the
Republic
of
Texas
with
the
United
States,
consummated
on
February
19,
1846.
